7’s to burn is a 3-reel, 5 fixed pay line slot, so as you can see we are going back to basics with this game. It’s RTP may be low at just 95.1%, but that hasn’t seemed to impact on the overall popularity of the game. The background is set alight in flames and just like the slot games of old, the sounds are old fashioned and dare we say clunky? But that just adds to the charm of the game we thought.
Bet Amounts – Betting begins at just 10p per spin and can be increased to a whopping £500 per spin, if you so choose. Amend the bet amount by using the stake selector at the side of the screen, or hit the Hi Roller button to take advantage of 5 spins at a higher cost but with an extra feature.
Wild Symbol – The flaming 7’s is your wild, but there is a twist in the main game as they only substitute for the red 7’s to complete any winning combination. However, check out the high roller feature for another wild twist. This is also your highest paying symbol, so land 3 on a winning line to land a x350 coin win into your balance when in normal play mode.
Hi Roller Feature – If you want to add a little something extra to your game, you can choose to click the Hi Roller button. Here you will be advised to choose your stake for the spins, of which you will have 5 that you purchase with your stake. Your flaming 7s wild is now going to substitute for all symbols in play not just the red 7s. But, all pay-outs are halved when in Hi Roller play, so be sure you want to exchange your win values for more wild’s before hitting the play button.
Overview
What more can we say about 7’s to burn? It was an easy play, and with just 5 lines the wins did come fairly regularly. If traditional slots are more your thing then you will defiantly get a kick out of playing this game. But if you want a little more oomph, then you will be wanting to try the Hi Roller option. Although the pay outs are much less when that is activated, they do come faster than in the main game. Overall, we had a bit of fun with this Barcrest favourite, but it isn’t something that kept our attention for long.
