IGT are well known for their innovative slot designs and themes, and this game is no different. Taken from the idea that wolves run wild in the American mountain ranges, they designed a beautiful slot for their players. Beware travellers for you are about to enter the Wolf Run and it can get quite dangerous in those mountains.

Game Features
Wolf Run is a 5-reel, 40 pay line slot that gives players a lowly RTP of 94.98% but knowing IGT like we do, that shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Behind the reels is a huge mountain range surrounded with lush green forestry. Your game symbols all take a bit of design input from the American indian culture including totems, dreamcatchers, wolves and of course the card values which make up the rest of them.
Bet Amounts – Betting on Wolf Run begins at 1p per pay line in play and can be increased up to £1 per line in play. This means that spins can cost from 1p up to a maximum of £40, depending on the amount of lines you have active. To the left of the spin button is the line selector and the line bet amount, adjust these until you reach your desired bet amount. We always recommend that you make sure the spin amount is right for you, before hitting the button.
Wild Symbol – Howling wolves usually mean danger, but in Wolf Run they are a good omen as it is your wild symbol. It will substitute for all other symbols except the scatter and is your highest paying symbol of the game. They offer a huge x1000 coins if you land five of these on an active pay line, now that’s enough to make you want to join in the howling.
Scatter Symbol – A stunning dreamcatcher is your scatter symbol in Wolf Run and to top it off there is a little wolfs paw print on there too. Landing a dreamcatcher scatter symbol on reels 2, 3 and 4 will trigger the bonus feature for you. It is also active in the bonus round as well just to help things along.
Stacked Wolf Wilds Feature – Wolf Run offers players an awesome feature called stacked wilds. This means that the wild symbol will appear at times on the reels in groups of 4 or more on each spin. This will undoubtedly help in creating bigger wins and it is also available within the bonus game too.
Bonus Spins Feature – Having landed three dreamcatcher scatter symbols you will enter the bonus spins round. Here you will be allocated with 5 bonus spins including the stacked wild feature. The bonus spins can be retriggered but there is a limit, you can earn yourself up to 255 bonus spins in total by landing more scatters within the bonus round.
Overview
Wolf Run is fun and easy to play, IGT don’t normally have such simplicity running through their games. However, with this slot less really is more and we loved every minute we spent running with the wolves. Wins come along quite often thanks to the stacked wilds in both the main and bonus game, despite the very low RTP. They are on the smaller scale of wins, but they are wins none the less. Overall Wolf Run is lacking something big to make it stand out from the other IGT games in the vault. But for its playability and the time it takes to start landing some wins, we can’t complain too much.
